    Day 1 | Arrival to Heydar Aliyev International Airport

    Day 2 | Sightseeing tour around Baku

    Baku sightseeing tour, which includes visits to its Old & Modern parts: Atasqah & Icheri Shekher: Azneft Square, Javanshir Bridge (formerly Gagarin Bridge), the National Academy of Sciences, Fizuli Square, the Free Woman statue and the new bus station, Izmir Park, A walk in the Avenue of Honour, where eminent people are buried, a walk in Martyrs' Avenue Start, "Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center", Old Town, Inner City, Maiden Tower (XII century), Palace of Shirvanshahs (XV century), Castle Synyk Gala, Caravan Saray, Juma Mosque and other places of interest…”Icheri Sheher” is the live organism having the infrastructure and inhabited files where 1300 families live. It is an ancient city in a modern city.
    Absheron peninsula. Ateshgah, the Fire Worshippers' Temple is located in the village of Surakhany. It was built on the land where natural gas burned eternally and worshipped by Zoroastrian believers who travelled from the province of Multan in India to visit this sacred place. These ancient fires are believed to have given Azerbaijan its name, which is thought by some researchers to mean the “Land of Fires”.

    Day 3 | Trip to Greater Caucasus: Quba & Khinalig

    Quba is located 168 km away from Baku on the attitude of 600m above the sea level in the hills of Greater Caucasian Mountains. Guba due to its rich flora and fauna and soft climate is very popular among the tourists. Many historical buildings are well preserved in Guba such as Juma mosque,16th – century mausoleum. Guba is also home to more than 1000 Jewish people who were started living in The Red Village since the 18 th century. Running from persecution in Iran, Mountain Jewish People in the 18 th century asked permission from Fatali Khan to give them a land near Guba city and he agreed. The Red Village or with another name Krasnaya Sloboda is the birthplace of many Azerbaijani famous businessmen and scientists. The village is full of beautiful villas.
    Khinalig is a village that located in the Greater Caucasian Mountains on 2350 meters above the sea level with fascinating natural beauty and beautiful mountain slopes. The village is one of the most ancient continuously inhabited human settlements in the world that dates back to 3rd millennium BC. Many invaders who came to Azerbaijan couldn’t reach to the village because of its high attitude and strong climate. That is why Khinalig kept its architectural and cultural uniqueness.
    Generally, inhabitants of Khinalig have 380 houses that each of them are approximately 200 to 300 years old. Back to Baku for overnight.

    Day 4 | Shamakha - Qabala - Sheki

    Shemakha - a city with a rich heritage, which over two thousand years of its existence has often become an arena for major events. We will see there a magnificent, historic Friday Mosque, a nostalgic cemetery of Yeddi Gumbez, as well as the family tombs of Shirvanskakh's.
    Qabala – the most ancient city of Azerbaijan, was for 600 years the capital of ancient Caucasian Albania mentioned in the works of antique historians of the 1st century. Later in the Arabian sources it was mentioned as Khazar. Arrival to Sheki for overnight.

    Day 5 | Sheki - Lake Göygöl - Ganja

    Sightseeing tour around Sheki. It is one of the more charming cities of Azerbaijan; located 700 m above sea level, surrounded by mountains and oak forest, reminiscent of an ancient amphitheater. It was known as an important point of the Silk Road. Former rulers, the Khan, placed here in the 18th century their summer palace in oriental style, one of the most valuable and the most magnificent in this part of the world with unique frescoes and stained glass windows. We will also see a Karavanseray - a former inn for karavan merchants. Transfer to the pretty Caucasian village of Kish, the original capital of the local Khanate with stone buildings and cobbled streets. We will see here a well-preserved Albanian church from the twelfth century. The next route will lead us to the Göygöl National Park, where we will see one of the most beautiful and cleanest lakes in Azerbaijan. In the park, outside the lake, dense forests and mountain meadows of the northern slopes of the Little Caucasus are protected. Thanks to its beauty, Lake Göygöl has repeatedly become an inspiration for poets and painters. After a walk by the lake, drive through the settlement settled by German settlers Helenendorf.

    Day 6 | Ganja - Baku

    Breakfast at the hotel.
    Sightseeing tour around Ganja - the second largest city in the country, which is often a place of important historical events. We visit the remembering times of domination of the Iranian Shah Abbas mosque, as well as the medieval complex of Karavanseray and the Chokak Hamam, where we will find out what other functions - apart from hygienic - have been in this type of places in the East. We will also stop at the photos at the famous house built of bottles and at the mausoleum of Nizami, a poet respected throughout the Middle East. Departure back to Baku.

    Day 7 | Jeep tour to Qobustan & Mud Volcanos

    Departure to Qobustan, visiting Open air museum and mud Volcanos. Open air museum is known for hosting thousands of rock engravings spread over 100 square km depicting hunting scenes, people, ships, constellations and animals. Its oldest petroglyphs date from the 12th century BC. There are inscriptions inscriptions left by Alexander the Great's cohorts in the 4th century BC. Mud volcanos - A really bizarre sight that is almost unique to Azerbaijan: bubbling, spitting, leaking, oozing, grey mud volcanoes. One set of these, near Qobustan, is even on the tourist trail and should definitely not be missed. Back to Baku. Overnight in Baku.
